This camera was brought to the EarthCam network with help from the National Park Service, as well as the Fish and Wildlife Service, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The marine and wildlife along the Cape Hatteras National Seashore includes sea turtles, dolphins, giant manta rays and more!
